Metal tool sheds
All Hörmann tool sheds are constructed from metal. And there are good reasons for this: in contrast to a wooden tool shed, the hot-galvanized, dimensionally stable and powder-coated sheet steel provides the following advantages for our storage space solutions:

And best of all, you can custom-design your metal tool shed to perfectly match your individual style. As well as being available in 2 design variants (classic-slender or modern-broad) and with 2 different roof shapes (gable roof or pent roof), the sheds can also come in a whole host of different colours.

9 attractive standard colours are available to choose from for the colour scheme. The selected colour is also used in the interior.
Decograin Golden Oak decor
The Golden Oak decor is available at a surcharge for the "Modern" style. Tool sheds with this decor have a white interior.

The Berry tool shed Classic with its slim, vertical style has a classic, slender look. A design that timelessly combines style and form with no visible bolts or rivets. An appealing look down to the last detail.

The Berry tool shed Modern features a broad, vertical style, creating a particularly elegant and stylish effect.
The generous style creates a modern and linear appearance. There are no visible bolts or rivets to disturb this high-quality look – ensuring your tool shed is a a real eye-catching feature outside your home.
A pent roof or gable roof is available for the Berry tool shed Modern.
Berry tool sheds Classic Air and Classic Air Plus
The Berry tool sheds Classic Air and Classic Air Plus, which are only available from Hörmann, have ventilation cross-sections that ensure natural ventilation and are ideal for use as bin shelters or bicycle garages, for example. The Classic Air version with three rows of holes offers good ventilation and at the same time reduces the view into the tool shed. The Classic Air Plus version with eight rows of holes provides plenty of light and excellent ventilation. Matching ventilation grilles are optionally available as accessories. The Berry tool sheds Classic Air and Classic Air Plus are available with both a pent roof and a gable roof.

Mechanical hold-open device
More convenience for your door: The mechanical hold-open device including gas spring ensures that the door is held securely in place and provides for an automatic closing cycle, meaning you always have your hands free.
Stainless steel lever handle set
A high-quality stainless steel lever handle set is available on request. And even a cylinder lock for a lock system can be retrofitted.
Trellis
Do you want to make your tool shed look nicer with plants? Then we have a sturdy trellis on offer for you, which can be easily fixed to the exterior wall of the tool shed.
Leaf cover
A leaf cover for your tool shed prevents leaves from getting into the gutter. A leaf cover is particularly recommended in areas of the garden where there is a lot of foliage. This simple solution can save you time and effort by preventing leaves from getting into your gutter and clogging it. The leaf cover is optionally available for tool sheds with a pent roof and a gable roof.

In this way, customers have the option to offset remaining emissions and make a contribution to climate protection when purchasing our products. With its sustainability strategy, Hörmann is aiming to reduce emissions or avoid them altogether. We cover 100% of our electrical power needs at all European production locations with green electricity from renewable sources. We also apply many other measures to reduce our consumption and save more than 75000 tonnes of CO2 each year. We work with ClimatePartner to offset the remaining emissions by supporting certified climate protection projects.
Quick and easy fitting
All Hörmann storage space systems are delivered with a maximum degree of prefabrication. The appropriate tools are also included in the scope of delivery. This makes for quick and easy assembly and fitting.
Foundation for a stable subsurface
To ensure complete stability and safe assembly of Hörmann tool sheds and firewood racks, a level substructure is mandatory. The storage space systems are fitted and anchored to a paved, asphalted or concreted base area, which should be at least as large as the tool shed. If the substructure is not level, this may lead to restrictions in terms of assembly, functionality and safety. Please note that only a stable foundation guarantees full functionality. We recommend a strip foundation of 25 × 80 cm to ensure that the tool shed can withstand wind loads of up to 150 km/h and snow loads of up to 150 kg/m².
Aluminium bottom frame included
Unlike conventional tool sheds, the aluminium bottom frame is already included with Hörmann. The frame offers stability and protects against the weather and corrosion.
Screw foundation for uneven floors
With the screw foundation, you can erect your tool shed safely and in a stable position on uneven ground without having to worry about laying a costly concrete foundation. It allows for repeated fitting and dismantling. The screw foundation is designed for a floor load of up to 150 kg/m² and is available for all tool shed models with a pent or gable roof. A screw-in aid is supplied as standard in the scope of delivery to facilitate fitting.
Material thickness up to 1.5 mm
For excellent safety and long-lasting quality, we process material thicknesses of up to 1.5 mm.
Green roof for your tool shed: natural protection and visual enhancement
A green roof is not only a visual enhancement for your tool shed, it’s also a way of introducing a piece of nature back into our urbanised environment. It offers numerous advantages such as the filtering of air pollutants and particulate matter by the plants, as well as increased acoustic insulation thanks to the sound absorption of the vegetation. The green roof also serves as weather protection, for example against hail, and prevents the roof from heating up too quickly in summer. Berry tool sheds with a pent roof can be fitted with an optional roof frame for later fitting of a green roof on site.
